Is there a way that when they buy the download, even if it is an immediate PayPal, they get an email which can tell them to go to a place where they can download their buy? Not their account, or I guess if it is their account, they can be redirected to a place where the files will be ?

It may be that the shop sells download stuff, but the stuff is on the manfuacturer's site or special directory, type of thing.
