This is really easy. Just go to the infobox link in your admin. and if you look at each input box on the right side there is a small question mark next to each box. If you click on each box a small window will open up the will tell what and how to enter the information for each input box and than the admin will automatically create the new inforbox for you. It really is that simple. Good luck.

I just installed osCMax_v2.0.2 and there are no question marks.

On the right there is a button that reads "new infobox". Using this it was easy to create a new item but there is no indication on how to get that new item to be seen on the website that the shoppers will see.

On the bottom left of each page is the box:
    Information
    Shipping & Returns
    Privacy Notice
    Conditions of Use
    Contact Us
    Printable Catalog
    Gift Voucher FAQ
    Site Map
What I am trying to do, unsuccessfully, is to learn how to add another item (About Us) to that list. As I said, I created an infobox and I have also created an article in Article Manager. All that seems to have changed after creating the article is that on the right side of the store is the box
    Articles
    All Articles (0)
    (1)
It seems that what is missing is the link between the two.

Or maybe I'm just going about this the wrong way...

I have a similar issue with creating an infobox. The steps to create it are pretty straightforward, but after it's added to the admin list, nothing I do actually displays it on the website.

I am also struggling with this one.

I would like to add links to "About Us" and "Size Chart", ect. to the Information box on the right size. But I just can't figure out how.

I've tried created a new info box....it will appear in my admin-infobox as active, however, it will not show on the website.

Any help anybody can offer would be fantastic!

    Thanks

You have introduced a PHP error somewhere. Basically the index page is crashing and that is what is stopping the right hand column from displaying ... once you get to products the index is not called and index_nested or index_products is used which does not have the error and therefore works ...

Do you have an URL for your store? PM or post it and I will take a look.
