Ok so now that I have OSCMax installed I wanted to make it look like something so I started looking at some of the templates that are online:
osCMax Templates, osCMax template designs, osCMax Skins, - osCMax - osCommerce Maximized

Some nice stuff

Had a few questions so looked at the Frequently Asked Questions.
Website Templates (Dreamweaver, Frontpage, GoLive), Flash intro templates, Logo templates.

Item #11 had a chat:

First person Sean asked me for a link to the template I was aking about and after awhile the site timed out. I reconnect and talk to Alex.

Now the fun part!!!

I give him links to the templates. He says they are not theirs and to go to: template factory

I ask him about OSCMax and I get:

Ok so OSCMax.com links to some chat system for a site that does not even support OSCMax or the templates I am looking at on the OSCMax site?

Can someone please reply with a link or links to sites that ahve valid OSCMax templates and can support their product.

Odd. Post the links to the templates that you showed to them. That would help. We do not promote any templates from that other site.

Specificaly I showed them:

Template ID: OS06E00081

When he said those template IDs made no sense I sent him specific links to them:

and

osCMax Templates - OS06E00081

The issue as I see it is your FAQ links to their chat. And they are cluless about this site or OSCMax as their is zero relation between the 2 sites.
