Migrating to RC4?

So I have RC3 installed right now. I wanna upgrade it to RC4. Is it as simple 1-2-3 as I am hoping?

Download file from EasyPopulate
Install RC4
Upload EP file
Move over template folder.

This should copy over products and attributes properly, but what about customers and orders? Do I need to fuss around phpmyadmin to copy those over, or can that too be done from somewhere in the admin section?

We will be releasing a sql patch script to do the db updates for you, but it is not coming out until the 21st (when RC4 is declared stable).

When that happens, all you will need to do is make a copy of your live database, then run the sql file on it. Then just upgrade all the files except the configure.php files to RC4 version and you will be good to go.

Of course if you have added any mods to your RC3 store, that complicates the entire process, as you will then have to reinstall your mods.
