    Default Nonsecure Popup

    Hi All,

Just tried OSCMax for the first time after running some slightly modded OSC sites for a while and looking good so far. I just have a small (I hope) issue to overcome.

When you hit login and the site passes to the ssl we get a popup box saying "This page contains secure and nonsecure items". How can I stop it?

    Thanks

    John

look and see what is coming back with the non-SSL links (http vs https) then change any logic needed to use the ssl/nossl. I have found this generally happens when you reference images (I use an image in one of my tab sets that had that problem).

Thanks for replying, if I choose not to display the unsecure parts then no images show up so i guess its something to do with the BTS template structure. Any pointers as to which file to look at?

    Thanks

if you hard code images with a URL in the BTS - then there is no auto swap between http/https.

You have to manually change the URL to be local refernced - not full url

    ie: From:
    http://www.somesite.com/catalog/images/myimage.jpg
    to:
    ../catalog/images/myimage.jpg

    Note: the lack of http.....

    Good Luck!

    Thanks for the reply.

The template folder only has the css file which contains the paths to the images but they are refenced as you say.

This is the development site on its tempory domain 4TOPS : Molmax Ltd

    Any other tips?
