Clicking on both products and categories returns a 404 Error. Help?

Can somone hit Musicbox.US : Welcome Grande Place - musicbox.us and help me figure out what is wrong? Clicking on any product or category gives me a 404. Thanks

This must be set to false: Use Search-Engine Safe URLs (still in development)

Then, if you want to use SEO Urls, turn it on:
SEO URLS >> Enable SEO URLS = True

If you then select the Rewrite method for SEO URLs also make sure you have un-commented the rewrite rules that are in the .htaccess file in the /catalog directory.
