I just installed latest version of oscMax with no modifications yet. While doing the testing, I have the problem below:
I created a coupon via Coupon Admin and emailed out. I got 3 issues:

1. the email sent did not include any redeem link. It looks like:
You can redeem this coupon during checkout. Just enter the code in the box provided, and click on the redeem button.

The coupon code is 69c053

Don't lose the coupon code, make sure to keep the code safe so you can benefit from this special offer.

when you visit http://mystore.com
2. Although sent, this coupon did not show up in coupon sent page

3. While trying to redeem, I got the redeem failure message.

Wonder if I did anything wrong during installion.
