Appear in db table 'admin' of field 'admin_email_address' contains the value enter into 'Administrator Username' at installation. Asks for Email Address when it wants Admin Name & password
at Admin log-in Panel

Yes, the new admin info installer and the old admin login screen are not fully integrated as far as text display goes. Just enter the admin login that you specified in the installer.

This has been fixed - and is in the BUG tracker with files fixes - but has not be put into SVN as of yet.
