Default Configuring two addons

I'm having trouble with two add-ons on my oscmax site.
First off under the edit_orders.php page where I can create and edit or I'm not able to input the payment information.
I'm able to select the dropdown to change payment types but once I've selected the type I'm not able to input the valid information.
Here's the sourcecode for that button I'm assuming I need to replace the href="#"
PHP Code:
    <td colspan="2" class="dataTableHeadingContent" valign="bottom"><?php echo ENTRY_PAYMENT_METHOD?> <a href="#" onMouseOver="return overlib('<?php echo HINT_UPDATE_TO_CC ENTRY_CREDIT_CARD HINT_UPDATE_TO_CC2?>', BELOW, RIGHT);" onMouseOut="return nd();" ><img src="images/icon_info.gif" border="0" width="13" height="13" /></a></td>
Also under my Shipping Addons I want to use the USPS shipping method I have everything properly configured yet when I'm viewing the orders.php page and I click on the "Ship" button for the shipping info but it goes to fedex shipping still, how do I change this.

Thanks for the help!

did you set the correct shipping and checkout modules as the default for the retail group?

go to customer groups
click on retail
edit it
see what the default groups are for retail customers. Make sure it's UPS.
