I've managed to load your banner image by inserting /catalog/ into the image path. And the warning message you've posted has a double slash in it "//", so I would start by checking you includes/configure.php. The images error will be in there, but I'm not 100% on the cache issue (// is still wrong), it could also be permissions on your temp/cache directory (check the installation guide for correct permissions).

J.

Hey there dude. Glad you got the cache problem fixed. Remember to post the solution here incase anyone else has the same problem in the future.

I've just tried to have a look at your site to work out whats going on with the images, but it appears to be down atm. I only checked the banner image yest, so I cannot be certain about all the images, but the banner can be displayed at
HTML Code:
http://www.motorsports-nascar.com/catalog/images/yourimage.jpg
but if you right click on the image (or where it should be) you can see that the path is wrong
HTML Code:
http://www.motorsports-nascar.com/images/yourimage.jpg
If you are sure that your configure.php file is correct then the host has transfered your images folder to .com/catalog/images/ instead of .com/images/

Ill have another look at your site to test other images once it's back up. Hope you get this sorted, J.

Error in configure.php files.

Easy way....
Backup your DB (In the Admin Interface).....
Re-Run the install (catalog\install\)
enter in all relevant data - including the DB info.
Use the default user/password for admin
"re-store" the DB

Harder way - manually check and edit configure.php files
