    Default duplicate content

    I have recently submitted a new Sitemap to google after my site's ranking dropped from #30 to #45 in google search results for a specific key phrase. However, from 'google webmasters tools/diagnosis/content analysis' i get 163 pages of my site having duplicate 'meta descriptions' and same number of pages with duplicate 'title tags', please see attached files. Would appreciate it much if someone can help me on how to manage this duplicate content as i understand that there is some penalty for it which may be responsible for the drop in my site's ranking.
