Problem after SEO URL's Install

I tried to install Chemo's Ultimate SEO URL's tonite. Somehow I went wrong. I restored the files I changed back to original OscMax source. The problem is now I seem to be stuck between 2 configurations of SEO URL's in my admin section. I have access to Chemo's SEO control page (mydomainname.com/catalog/admin/configuration.php?gID=888003), but not the original OscMax SEO URL control page (mydomainname.com/catalog/admin/configuration.php?selected_box=configuration&gID=8 88002).

Also my store is showing the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_reset_cache_data_seo_urls() (previously declared in /mnt/w0507/d08/s45/b02d2d0d/www/mydomainname.com/catalog/includes/functions/general.php:1380) in /mnt/w0507/d08/s45/b02d2d0d/www/mydomainname.com/catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 1415

Can someone give me a tip on how to restore this. Is this a database issue or a php/file issue?

It is already installed in osCMax, so why add it again?

Just re-upload the original osCMax files, go into the admin panel and enable seo-urls as it is already installed. That will fix your probelm.

I was under the impression I didn't have the full version of SEO URL's, so I was attempting to update.

I uploaded the original OscMax files. Now I am getting the following error:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: in /mnt/w0507/d08/s45/b02d2d0d/www/mydomainname.com/catalog/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19
Unable to connect to database server!

Can you provide me with a next step?

osCMax has the full version of SEO urls. Not sure how you got the impression otherwise.

Your new error: you made a rookie mistake and overwrote your configure.php files with the defaults which are empty (we have all done this at least once!). You will have to either re-run the installer or manually edit those files with the correct information.

My suggestion was just to re-upload only the original files of the ones that you changed when trying to install SEO URLs, not every file in the shop.
