| I have been wondering why I get a lot of visitors and no sales. I noticed today that when I enter my website with https instead of http all the images dissappear and the sight messes up. I called godaddy.com to verify that my ssl certificate is active and set up right and they verified it is. They typed the https before my site and are able to see that the images go away too. They told me that it is in the coding or that I have done something wrong. The told me to right click on where an image should be and look at properties when entered through https and it shows 3 slashes after the https but not when they used the http. Please if you would help me to figure out why I can't enter my site through the https secure way. | You just need to edit your /catalog/includes/configure.php files and turn on SSL and set the SSL url/paths to match your server.

| In looking at the configure php file I notice that http path is set to my website url. I set the value of the https to 'true' and changed the path to the same url as the http, which is my url website. Is that the path it should be changed to? |

| That will only work if you have purchased a private ssl certificate and it is properly installed on your server. You should contact your host regarding the correct SSL domain and path for your site.

| Ok. I do have secure ssl server installed on my domain. I called godaddy and they said to use https://www.website.com. I did this under /includes/configure.php and set 'enable ssl' to 'true'. Now when I go in to purchase something on my website it does show under https but it aborts and says the following: can’t open the page “https://www.williamssolar.comcheckou...b87513776b684” because it can’t find the server “www.williamssolar.comcheckout_shipping.php”. It does the same when I sign up for a new user on the website. It gives me can't find create_account.php. I wonder how changing these two things under configure.php could have messed it up. I called Godaddy back and they have no idea. Thanks |

| Do you see the missing forward slash? That means you are missing a forward slash in your configure.php file. Make sure there is one both preceding and following the paths.
