Question Can't run install script

I have uploaded the catalog to the public_html folder on my web hosting site, it is my hosting server as a reseller. I upload the file to this directory public_html/catalog. When I open the browser and type in the following address. http://www.blueridgehosting.net/publ...tall/index.php. I get the error message catalog/install/index.php not found on this server. I'm assuming the directory that shows when I open my ftp program is the root directory of the server. The site www.bljueridgehosting.net is my hosting site, where I host a number of my own sites. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Wherever you uploaded the files to, they are not in the public_html folder for blueridgehosting.com.

You need to figure out where you uploaded the files to, and then adjust the url accordingly.

OK, I have created a directory on the ftp remote site, but when I go to the cPanel I can't find the directory in the file manager or vice versa. I thought the ftp directory should be the same as the file manager. Anyway if I upload the catalog to the html of the remote site on the ftp should it show up in the file manager??? I just can't figure out how this works. I've had several sites that I built with Front Page, but always used the Pay Pal buy now buttons and placed them on the site myself. I appreciate you help.
