Can I set up to require shipping to billing address?

I am getting ready to launch my website and am in the process of choosing an Authorize.net reseller.
For security reasons and to hopefully lessen chargebacks I want to only ship to the billing address of the customer. I know at times like Christmas and for other times such as shipping a birthday gift customers like to order and ship elsewhere but unless I'm wrong this can result in a lot of fraud and chargebacks. I have looked throughout the program and also the authorize.net module but don't see anything about requiring shipping to billing address only. I know I can place it in my policies or at checkout time but I want to know if there is a way I can set it up to only accept payment and completion of order if the shipping address matches the billing address?

You do this at authorize.net in their configuration. It is called AVS. Just set a-net to reject orders if the address submitted does not match the card holder address.

As for the shipping address, you would have to disable multiple addresses in osCMax, and manually verify that you ship to the billing address.

Disabling this feature would require code changes, I have not checked what though. Just go login as a customer and go to the various address pages, and you will see what files to edit from the url bar.

Then edit the templates, you can remove the links to the add-new address, etc...
