Default Sessions directory does not exist.

    Hmm...<query>
Warning: The sessions directory does not exist: /tmp. Sessions will not work until this directory is created.

I've put /tmp folders in both the admin base and catalog+Cat/Includes base and still nothing. Even tried adding the . on the end. Install guide doesn't specify where this goes, I would assume it went into either the root folder, or one of the others. Everything else in the new installation worked nicely. Only error present. </query>

Root folder, but you need to give it write permissions.

I would anyway recommend that you store sessions on your database instead, check your configure.php your setting STORE_SESSIONS.

See, that's the problem. I referred to the other post about this same problem,(should have specified that XD) and had put a tmp folder in the root and chmod'd it to 777, and still the same error. Even tried adding chmod'd tmp folders to almost all the directories, something might have gone bad in the install. Gonna try the sessions through the sql database instead.

Repathed sessions to sql database, worked like a charm.
