This customer didnt select certain items that were added to her cart and some items are not being added to the cart that she did select. This isnt the first time that it has happened with various customers. I cant find any similarities in products/customers, so, I dont know what else to do. Can you please let me know what is the cause?

I asked how the store owner determined that the lady hadnt ordered certain items and she said :
Because her cart says she ordered that turkey (which she didn't even order) at something like $36.99 or $39.99, but her total with shipping is like $177.00. So I knew it was all screwed up because shipping for the turkey would only bring her entire total to about 40 some odd dollars. And when she did contact me, she told me she didn't even order that turkey at all.
