When try to create an account below error generate, how can the error get fixed?

You don't have a mail server set up. It is trying to send an email and failing...

If you just hit your back button, the account has been created and you will be logged in.

To fix, you need to set up a local mail server that osCMax can use to send out the signup email.

How and where do I setup the mail server on the osCMax admin account ?

You don't. It has to be setup on your server.

It is not an osCMax thing, it is a server thing.

Okay, but my server PHP sendemail and SMTP is working properly for other programs!

I'm thinking if I still need some modification on osCMax page(s) to make it work.

The problem fixed with simple setting;

Configuration ==> E-Mail Options ==> Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails ==> true

I don't have to set that to true on any of my installs for email to work.
