| It sounds like you have not read the docs on how to use Easypopulate, as you are not understanding the basics. Read the docs here Follow the instructions in the docs, and it will work for you.

| Yes, I created the category, then added the inventory files to the excel, exported to a tab delimeter file, then uploaded it. Why did the shopping cart import the file? |

| I am reading the docs and I do not understand this? If you have made database changes to the products, products_description, or other product or category related tables, you may have some issues running the stock EasyPopulate. EasyPopulate requires the use of the product_model field (model number). It won't work without the model number. The model numbers you assign must be unique, i.e. you can't give all your products a product_model of "test". Should this be the name of the table of the inventory item name? Why just not give me example that works and I learn from that? Quote:

You can make your own example. Create a test category and a test product in your store using the admin panel. Then go to easypopulate and export it. There is your working example.

| I attached a working csv file. It is no different than one that you could generate too. Just follow the format, filling in your product details. Per the easypopulate docs, do not change the format of the file. All columns must remain. You cannot add empty categories with easypopulate.

| What is wrong with your example is that it is missing the EOREOR at the end of the line. Follow the instructions in the docs, follow the example csv file I sent you.
