need help plz something is messed up

i am not sure what is wrong but when u first goto my website the layout is messed up and i have no idea why

if u click on reload or click on any link it becomes normal i am also. the messed up catorgies only shows up on internet explorer. on firefox the odd text marked in red on pic is all that is wrong. the pic is a screen show of the site using IE

o yeah i did not get a chance to pose that i fixed it about 3 hours after makeing that post i turned off the Page Cache Settings and it got rid of it
