| Hi, I'm trying oscmax for the first time. I currently have an osc store that is working on the same server. When I get to step 5 I get error 500. I've tried deleting .htaccess file, I've also tried creating a new .htaccess file but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks Letmelearn Last edited by letmelearn; 02-26-2008 at 06:33 AM. | 500 error's are tough to resolve. It is an internal server error of some sort. Check your error logs to see if there is any more detail there.

| That is a mod_security error. You will need to turn off mod_security on your account, as it is blocking the application from running. Depending on the version of mod_security, there are different methods to turn it off. I think this in .htaccess disables it: SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off
