| I've used OSC for a while and I've recently installed it again on my server (due to my host upgrading php 5.x and sql to 5.x - nightmare!!!) Now that I've installed it I'm getting problems with the admin login page - it keeps redirecting to a page that keeps it redirecting back to the login page. This cycle continues until the browser stops it. Here is what firefox said: "The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. * This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." Prior to this the bottom of fire fox says........ waiting... connecting .... waiting... connecting ....waiting... connecting ....waiting... connecting ....waiting... connecting ....waiting... connecting .... I've tried to edit the configure files based as best I can, based on what I had in my earlier version of OSC, but I reckon its not this (unless its got something to do with cookies cos I noticed something new about cookies in the configure files.) Appreciate your help. Rodland |

| This same thing happened to me when my hosting provider updated to php5. The hosts setting register_long_arrays and register_globals on fixed the problem. They said that this make php5 backwards compatible with php4 in these areas and this is not so great for security however. Regards. |
