Installing Templates

I am using osCMax (latest update) and have downloaded a template from the internet. The template is a free template but it is for osCommerce. I do not know the best way to instal this template and was wondering if anyone could run me through the basic way to instal this template? Please let me know if you have any tips or hints. Thanks.

osCommerce is NOT osCMAX.

It is the base, or a subset, of osCMAX.

For instance, it does NOT have a template system.

Thus anything you have downloaded from the net that is a template for osCommerce will require a bit of rework to integrate into osCMAX. Which is why there are people that make a great deal of making templates just for osCMAX.

That said, I would also request, no make that demand, the font file and a blank button for any templates. When you add functi0onality you may need to add buttons for that functionality and that will require a template button blank and the font file that was used for the text.
