probleme with shipping address

Hello,

Here what i get during the checkout:


only 2 space and a ' as address... I didn't make any change to catalog/address_book.php nor catalog/templates/fallback/content/address_book.tpl.php.
In my database the table address_book contains the right information.
I used the aabox as a template base but I change only the main_page.tpl.php and the stylesheet.css
This problem is appearing in every languages.

Which files do I have to check to find the problem?

I can't edit or delete the customer account from my admin panel. I can see the accounts with name but nothing for the details:Account Created:
Last Modified:
Last Logon:
Number of Logons:
Country:
Number of Reviews: if I click on edit, that's empty. If I click on delete, no message error but the customer stays.
In the database, I can see the details. Perhaps the problem is in the database...
