Can't see FCK editing icons in MAC Safari

I have gone back and forth with my client.. when we go into the Article/Topics and create a new article, in the Article Content section.. On my PC I can see all the FCK formatting icons, bold, italic, left/right/center justify, font: size & color all of them.. but she can't see them in her MAC using Safari..

I sent her a screen shot of what I see and she says all she sees (where the formatting icons should be with the larger white box for the actual content below) is a large box with an arrow bottom right where she can resize the box.. nothing else, definately no formatting icons

When I logged her into my store, she still could not see the formatting icons, and while she did see "stuff" in the large "Article Content" box, she was seeing HTML code which confused the crap out of her

I don't know MACs enough to say of it is a setting or something simple.. does anyone have any ideas?? She says she got some kind of warning at some point but can't recall what it said or what she clicked if she even had to click anything.

I would tell her to give it a try with Firefox.

OK I assume then there is a MAC version for firefox.. I will tell her
