Pictures to large in admin

when ever i add a new product and add the image it is way to large in the admin but fine on the web site i ahve made the picture smaller but it still realy large in the admin is there a way to make the picture for products in the admin smaller or not show a picture in the admin at all thank you

Can not anyone here tell me how to fix this problem come on iam sure someone here knows how to fix this problem any help whould be nice

1 - Upload smaller pictures for your thumbnails
2 - Modifying your admin section so it will resize imgs in real time, so you will see them smaller (that's what happens on catalog, the big picture gets downloaded, but your browser shows it to you in smaller size)
