Blank main Index page

I installed everything and I can log into the admin section, change things, etc. But when I try to load up the main page it is just white.

Anyone know why?

I tried looking in the logs...I can't find em

**** I just did a complete reinstall and the site works....until I delete the install and configuration file that the red error says to at the top of the site when you first install. I delete those and everything goes blank

I am such a putz! I was deleting the configuration file....not changing the permissions!!! Its fixed now
