Cool Viewing by Manufacturers (next page) issue

Hello,

I'm having an issue with customers viewing by Manufacturers. For example if you go to my site and view the Manufacturer "ZOOM"

Zoom : Nationwide Tackle LLC

You will see there are 308 items for Zoom and it displays 1 - 25
When you click the next link or (2-3-4-5-6-7- it takes you to my homepage, not the next page of items.

As far as I can tell it only does this if viewing by Manufacturers, if you view a product category with several pages it seems to work fine.

Any help would be great.

Chuck

The problem is the link is incorrect. It should be something like this:
Code:
http://yoursite.com/index.php?manufacturers_id=2&sort=2a&page=2
And your site is generating a link that osC does not understand:
Code:
http://www.nationwidetackle.com/index.php?page=2&sort=3a&mName=zoom
That manufacturers result is not standard osCMax either, as osCMax 2 lists the products in multiple columns (3 colums of products per row). So look into your changes.

What exactly does that mean. We have to change which files? Kathy

I would start with the file that is rendering that page (I think it is product_listing.php in the /includes/modules/ directory).

I'm having the same issue as below when viewing manufacturers. This appears to be an SEO Links issue, based on what the prior person did to get things working.

SEO Links is part of the oscMax 2 standard issue, so the link is, in fact, correct when that feature is turned on.

So . . . what's the fix other than disabling a very good feature?

Default Re: Viewing by Manufacturers (next page) issue

I cannot reproduce this in a stock osCMax 2.0 RC3.01 install.

My split page manufacturer urls do not have the Name parameter on them at all:

Code:
catalog/aabox-hosting-m-1.html?page=4&sort=2a
Are you running php4 or 5. Have you made any modifications to the store?
