Do I export the configuration data from the test site on my local computer and than import them into my online data base? Will that work?

Only if the test site is using the default osCMax2 data and not the 1.7 data for the configuration table.

Otherwise, get it from the osCMax.sql file in the install directory.

Thanks for your help Michael I now have the click to enlarge and the infobox working. It also looks like I may have gotten back the missing links from the admin panel.

Yes, the links were missing because you were using the 1.7 configuration table, and needed to use the 2.0 configuration table. There are a lot of additions in 2.0. Glad you have it working.
