Interested in buying templates

Hi,
I would like to install and buy quite a few osCMax templates.
Before i do, i've got some important questions:

1. Is there a stable french version?

2. My hosting provider 'Fasthosts' have Register globals switched off, and they won't switch it on, plus i don't have access to the php.ini file, will osCMax run correctly for me with all of the above?

3. Also i'm Hosting with PHP5x and MySQL5x.

3. Is my ssl space better on a windows server or a linux server?

4. Is osCMax and all templates fully compatible with php 5 and MySQL 5?
