I am having a problem that I noticed on my system.

I have created a voucher for free shipping, this works fine, it deducts the shipping no problem but when you get to Paypal the figures are calculated on the basis that shipping is still charged, but the item cost has been reduced by the shipping amount.

When I saw Paypal do this it was not an issue as the item cost was greater than the shipping deduction, so I thought no more about it.

Then this morning I was applying the Paypal Return URL fix (thanks for the pointer Michael) I did a test transaction and picked something that cost £1.19 from my store and this would normally cost £3.95 to ship, I entered my code and got my free shipping and then went to checkout.

Paypal failed saying I had entered an invalidly configured value, I tried again without using my free shipping and it was fine.

Is this a bug in the Paypal IPN module where the free shipping is being deducted from the item value, resulting in this case in a minus value, rather than setting shipping to £0.00?

Any pointers, as usual I searched for an answer but couldn't find a result.
