New upload not showing up

I have FTP'd my osCMax to the website, but I am only getting this message:

FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it!

I tried to reloading it and I got the same message again. I tried finding this in my files/folders, but I'm not able to find it anywhere. Can anyone direct me to it with more detail than my install article has?

I did load osCommerce and it worked good, but we want to use osCMax as it will allow us to have nicer sites with better modules, as we understand.

Do as the error message says and enable register globals. It is required for osCMax to work.

Sorry I seem a little thick Michael, but where do I go to find "register globals", I have looked all over the program, but in my travels, I have not been able to find it.

Rigister Globals is located in your hosting setup. Login to your host where your website is located.
