Admin Heading Title

Hi i am trying to change the title in the admin like when you goto osCMax v2.0 my title still says osCMax v2.0

but when i goto M & M Produce : Quality Fresh Fruit & Veg it show my proper heading M & M Produce: Quality Fresh Fruit & Veg in the heading title so does anyone know which file i edit to change my admin heading title

On the admin side in your english.php file around line # 72:

// page title
define('TITLE', 'osCMax v2.0');
