I dont know my shipping unit.
I have looked the shipping packaging section. How to configure it.

Do you mean "Unit of Measure" like LOT EACH KG POUND GRAMS PACKAGE BAG UNIT?
Or do you mean your package weight?
Regardless the "Unit Of Measure" for both is fixed to a single unit - that is called what ever you want - however it is not defined anywhere. It is assumed all items are the same unit.
Note - Many shipping methods based on external shipping rates like UPS and USPS assume pounds (lbs or #) and others like Canada Post may assume and need kg or kilograms. If you mix these types of shipping methods - you have to hack the weight that is passed for lookup.
