Assumption based on all three questions; you are talking about adding content pages to the site. In this case it looks like you want to create something along the lines of an integrated content management piece, where you can create and edit non-store pages via the admin and then manage them via the admin.

Here is a CMS contribution for MS 2.2, I have no idea if it functions well, but it should provide you a starting point.

You can't. Which is why there is a module in OSCMax called master password. So you can log in as a user using the master password you set. If you user needs to reset their password, tey can do it themselves, or you can log in to their account with master password and set it for them.
