| I need my customers to ship to a different address. I've been making purchase on my site all morning and I can't seem to ship some where other than the billing address. What option do I need to go into in the admin to allow billing to one address and shipping to another? Thank you, ~eDee |

| Do you have your products set up with weight? If the weight is set to 0, you are not prompted to enter a shipping address. |

| Oh that sucks. I don't need a shipping rate, because shipping is included. What is the lowest I can go on the weight, now I have to edit every product. Ugh! It's going to be a LONG night. |

| Just a non-zero weight value will suffice to activate shipping, or if you are not using downloadable products, just turn off downloads. That will allow shipping to work with zero weight.
