How do I set up a shipping address

I need my customers to ship to a different address. I've been making purchase on my site all morning and I can't seem to ship some where other than the billing address.

What option do I need to go into in the admin to allow billing to one address and shipping to another?

Do you have your products set up with weight?

If the weight is set to 0, you are not prompted to enter a shipping address.

Oh that sucks. I don't need a shipping rate, because shipping is included.
What is the lowest I can go on the weight, now I have to edit every product.
Ugh!

Just a non-zero weight value will suffice to activate shipping, or if you are not using downloadable products, just turn off downloads. That will allow shipping to work with zero weight.
