Smile Easy Populate 2.76 ~ Question

I am looking to add two fields to Easy Populate just want to know if anyone has already done this.

Looking for the ability to add:
Category Image:
Category Description:
Category Heading Title:

Please help

Just wanted to give an Update found the link below:

Just trying to get all the data in the txt file but getting an error:

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'FROM categories as subc, categories_description as des WHERE

SELECT des.categories_name as v_categories_name_, subc.categories_image as v_categories_image, des.categories_id as v_categories_id, FROM categories as subc, categories_description as des WHERE des.categories_id = subc.categories_id
