how to install header tags controller on oscmax

does anyone know how to install header tags controller for oscmax.

Need more info than this. At what point in the installation are you having trouble with. I have not installed this but to help if I can I would need to know where you are getting stuck.
Otherwise you would use a file compare program such as beyond compare and something like ultra edit to find what file the code is in that needs to be changed for Oscmax and most contributions should work.
