shipping per price and zone?

Hi,

I am trying to set up OSCMax to handle a unique shipping issue:
1. Free for orders over $100 within the Coninental US and Canada
2. $10 per order for anything under $10.

Not hard or unique.

Use Table based shipping and:
100:10,10000:0

With Table Method: Price

Which mean up to 100 (total order's lbs/kg or price) charge $10.00. And orders up to $10,000 charge $0.00
