Default adding an extra address line?

I'd like to add an extra address line for all address options throughout my site. Currently I have -

Street Address:
City:
County:
Post Code:


I'd like to change all of these to -

Address 1:
Address 2:
City:
County:
Post Code:


Is there a simple way I can make this changes to work across the whole site?

I have the latest version Oscmax RC3 but it does not have the extra address line. How do I get that. Thanks

Take a look at Hand Tools - Professional DIY tools from Pro Tools is that what you are after if so I modified the files couple of months ago and posted them as UK osxmax are you having problems if so drop us a message
