    Exclamation US store, Canadian clients

    Hello, all. I recently obtained a few Canadian clients and am trying to figure out the best way to receive payments. I can not accept credit cards, but do have a PayPal account (Client doesn't and won't), a US checking account, and a check draft printer. I would prefer to accept e-checks or get their info to print a draft, but am unsure of the MICR format for Canadian checks.

    Anyone have any ideas? Please?

    They can pay their through with a credit card. Paypal does not require that they have a paypal account anymore.

    I did not know that. That really simplifies things! LOL

    I also figured out how to do a Canadian draft check, if anyone needs this...

    United States MICR line is as follows....
    |:123456789|:9999999999||"1001

    Where the first number is the routing number, the second is the accoutn number, and the third is the check number.

    Canadian checks are as follows:

    ||"1001||"00099=002=|:01234=56||"

    Where the first is the check number, the second is the branch (transit) number, the third is the institution number, the forth is the first 5 digits of the account number, and the fifth is the last two of the account number.

    I apologize that I don't have the ability to insert MICR font for the symbols. I'm hoping anyone needing this can see what the symbols should be by my example. If you have any questions, feel free to email me directly regarding the symbols or format.
