First of all little problem at my place that simple all the site of the all infobox he has frame but only in box's one he doesn't have frame he really different from all of them also changeless insofar second him in box.tpl.php he is changeless with all of them ( hopes that you understood I will add a picture so)

Instead of to be in default Specials the normal after I search very much time I saw that there is in the site :
