| Hi, Just installed oscmax 2.0. Setting everything up. When I setup the cross sells and add products. Go into the product page and the cross sells do not show up. Am I missing a step? I can't see what is supposed to be cross selled. This is the default install of oscmax 2.0 with the "fallback" template. Any help would be great. Thanks! |

| Did you click the update button at the top of the cross sell admin page after checking the checkboxes?

| I had to ask. Are you checking the correct product page? It works for me when I test it on a default installation, so I am not sure why it is not working for you. Did you modify the product_info.tpl.php file by any chance? You may have damaged the cross sell code.

I did not modify that file. I am using the "fallback" template. But when I switch it back to the aabox template it still doesn't work. When I look at the product_info file I see that x-sell is in the file, but it seems like its not called. I did change the minimum number of x-sell products per page in the admin. But I don't think that would affect it... The catalog is here, www.the7thfire.com/catalog If you click on "Health products" and then click on "ASAP Colloidal Silver" that is a product I have x-selled with other products.... This is still bugging me. Its not the end of the world, but I would like to turn this feature on for the client. Thanks |

Most likely it is your admin settings though. Did you turn on page caching by any chance? Turn off caching or clear your cached pages. Here is what you do. See if it matches what you are doing:
Yes, changing the minimum will affect the display. Set it to 1 and leave it there until you get things working. If you want to pm a login to me, I can check your admin settings for you.

| Stumped. It is not working on your site. No idea why. I suggest a separate reinstall in a new directory that you make no mods to, and see if it works with just a generic product or 2.

| Hmm I have another installation I'm going to try it there. Perhaps some file is missing. When I was ftping i had to try again and again to get everything. I'll let you know. |

| you may not want to skip files that are already there. It could be a partially uploaded file causing the problem. You want to replace all the files except your configuration files. That will give you a clean installation.
