Default What happned to Authorize.net Consolidated 1.7

I've got an old store that's OSCommerce MS2, and I need to update the payment module. To my shock and dismay I'm unable to find the Auth.net Consolidated payment module anywhere. It's like it disappeared! Where can I find this contribution?

I tried copying it from OSCMax, but it wouldnt display the credit card types.

Yes, I think it was deleted from the osCommerce mods for licensing reasons... It did not meet their requirements, or the maker of the mod requested it be removed.

There is a new authorize.net module though that will work just as well:
osCommerce: Authorize Net AIM module (GPL)
