I need to view the ship zones.

I'm ignorant when it comes to programming talk so if you have an answer I'll need it explained in 3rd grader terms.
I had nothing to do with our website set up and now I need to view how our 3 zones are set up in our shipping modules. I'm assuming it's picking up the state and placing it within our predetermined Zones but how do I view what states were assigned a certain zone.

You just need to go to the zones section of your admin panel and have a look. It will all be listed there.
