2 Different Handling Fees 1/US 2/International

How can I setup 2 separate handling fees based on Destination? I need 1 price for all US Destinations, and another for everywhere else.

How can i do this, or can it be done?

Sorry - been busy. Yes it is possible. Normally built into your shipping module - but since you did not specify which one your using....Or HOW you want to charge (flat rate/table/peritem/UPS/USPS etc...) - each method may have a different approach.

Actually I stumbled across an answer looking through the forums. There is a contribution called "Per Country / Per Item" that someone mentioned would do different shipping amounts for different countries. As it so happens, the contribution also has an option for a different handling fee on each country.

Easy to install, and a perfect match for my needs.
