Cannot redeclare tep_show_category()

Hello...
I am fairly new at all of this and am lost on this one...

On my page http://desertrosedesign.net/catalog/shipping.php I receive the following error. I had tried to add a payments page usign shipping as a template, but did not alter shiping in any way. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Recheck you editing. You can not just ADD a payment page using shipping as a template...... (assuming your adding a INFO PAGE???)

You have to follow the and duplicate the SHIPPING page and ALL entries and files that reference 'shipping.php'. There may SEVERAL files that have to be duplicated and a few entries in other file that have to be duplicated as well.
