Anyone speak French

In the admin Customer section, when I add an order for a customer, it is appearing in french (I think).

I am running RC3. Any help would be great as I think this will be all I have to fix and it's finished.

Ok may still have to work on the Paypal module yet, but everything else is great. Need Paypal for Australia.

Check your language files and settings. You should not be getting French unless you did SOMETHING WRONG.

Vérifier vos dossiers et arrangements de langue. Vous ne devriez pas obtenir le Français à moins que vous ayez fait UNE ERREUR.

it only happens when I try to create an order from within admin control.
