Does EasyPopulate do this?

All,

I am trying to upload the same attributes for all of my products via EasyPopulate. But, they aren't being uploaded. Shouldn't this work?

My goal is to do the following:

[1] Add my my CATAGORIES and put one PRODUCT in each.
[2] Add my ATTRIBUTES to the first PRODUCT only.
[3] Export the complete EasyPopulate File.
[4] Modify the txt file to include the same ATTRIBUTES for all other products. (Not sure how to do that, all lines look similar)
[5] Upload the file via EasyPopulate.

This doesn't seem to work.

It is so time consuming to add attributes through the Admin panel and I'm trying to get over 600 products uploaded.

Can anyone tell me if they have used EasyPopulate to accomplish what I'm trying?
