not receiving confirmation emails checkout_process.php probs

Hi,

I have never received any confirmation emails when an order is placed in my shop, I rely on getting an email from paypal and then checking the admin section to look up the order.

I have went through the process of buying in my shop myself and worked out that when you purchase you must return to your shop to get the confirmation email (I have specified the correct email address in my store->send extra emails to).

When the customer returns to my site after paying this error appears when the checkout_process.php page is trying to display

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class order_total web/includes/classes/order_total.php on line 13

So my assumption is that this error prevents the confirmation email being sent, my best seller report being updated though the order is logged in my admin for me to see.

I was asking on osCommerce forums and this is the stage I got to (working out that it's not my email address, not my email setting, it's not the problem returning to the site, it's that error that pops up) and the suggestion that came through was this was an oscMax problem.

Is this an oscMax problem?
Is the problem with checkout_process.php or order_total.php or both?

Does anyone know what is wrong? Has anyone else had this problem?
Any suggestions? I'm completely lost. I've been able to fix all my other bugs.

I don't remember altering either of those files, and as far as I can remember I have never receieved a confirmation email from my shop.
